BEEF at MARINADE:

  • 1 kg. beef
  • 2 buong bawang (12-15 butil)
  • 4 tbs. Chinese cooking wine
  • 34 cornstarch
  • 1 tb. baking soda
  • 1 itlog
  • pamintang durog
  • 1 L cooking oil para sa pritong-lubog (deep-fry)

SAUCE:

  • 12 cup soy sauce
  • 3 tbs. mirin
  • 14 cup sugar

GARNISH:

  • Green onion
  • Roasted sesame seeds
