Garlic Pork Belly

Got some pork belly in your fridge? Easy to make yet delicious crispy pork belly strips.

Fresh pork belly strips and cloves of garlic


  • 1 kg pork belly (cut into thick strips)
  • 1 head of garlic (cruched, peeled and chooped)
  • 12 cup vinegar
  • 12 cup water
  • salt and black pepper to taste

Great with some fresh green salads
