Pinoy noodles sauteéd with vegetable, pork belly and soy sauce
Ingredients
- 1/2 kg beef
- 1/4 kg oyster mushroom
- 1/2 kg broccoli
- 3 gloves garlic
- 1 onion
- 3 tbs. oyster sauce
- 1 tsp cornstarch
- 1/2 cold water
- salt and pepper
- quail eggs for garnish
