Quick and easy fish adobo dish of mackerel (typically galunggong). Delicious and good for your heart (mackerel is packed with omega-3 fatty acids).
- 1 kg mackerel (or galunggong)
- 1 matchbox size ginger
- 3-4 cloves garlic
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup soy sauce
- 1/4 cup vinegar
- freshly ground black pepper to taste
- green chilis for garnish
